Salvia sclarea
Regulates the menstrual cycle, action similar to estrogens, antispasmodic, relaxing, aphrodisiac, neurotonic.
It is the essential oil for women par excellence, it is of precious help:
*in the regulation of menstrual cycles and painful periods;
*during (pre)menopause: hot flashes, excessive sweating;
*depression, migraine and nervous tension, due to hormonal changes;
It is also very useful for circulatory disorders such as varicose veins, hemorrhoids, but also treats muscle cramps, nervous fatigue and skin and hair problems: dandruff, acne, boils, irritations, oily skin.
Manual:
*local application:
dilute in a vegetable oil, 1:1 (argan or macadamia), for massages:
**on the lower abdomen in case of menstruation or menopause problems;
**local for oily skin or skin irritations;
**add a few drops to shampoo for hair loss, and combined with cade in case of dandruff;
*internally:
1 drop on a small piece of bread or cane sugar, suck slowly, twice a day;
*by broadcast:
pure or in synergy with other essential oils: cypress, lavender, thyme, geranium.

Clary sage is not recommended in cases of mastosis, endometriosis and tumors of hormonal origin.
Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor for children under 3 years old.
Do not apply to the skin before sun exposure.
