The general conditions of sale detailed below (hereinafter referred to as “the General Conditions of Sale” or “the General Terms and Conditions”) govern the contractual relations between any user of the site www.equinatura.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”). » or “You”) and the company Equi Natura , represented by Mr ROSTAING Thomas in his capacity as director of the SASU with capital of €2000 - Siret number 539 364 075 00017 - APE code 2042 Z - Intracommunity VAT number FR26539364075 (hereinafter referred to as “Equi Natura” or “the Seller”).
Article 1: General provisions
The Seller markets natural nutritional supplements and natural care products for horses and dogs. (hereinafter referred to as “the Product” or “the Products”).
These General Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of Products made through the site www.equinatura.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”).
The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms, at any time, by publishing a new version on the Site. The T&Cs applicable then are those in force on the date of payment of the order.
The Seller ensures that acceptance of the T&Cs is clear and without reservation, by setting up a check box and a validation click.
You declare that you have read all of these General Conditions of Sale, and where applicable the Special Conditions of Sale linked to a Product, and accept them without restriction or reservation.
By ordering on the Site www.equinatura.com , you acknowledge that you have the necessary advice and information to ensure the suitability of the Product to your needs.
You declare that you are able to legally contract under French laws or validly represent the natural or legal person for whom you are contracting. Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by the Seller constitutes proof of all transactions.
Article 2: Products and services
The essential characteristics of the goods, services and their respective prices are made available to the buyer on the company's websites.
The customer certifies having received details of the delivery costs as well as the terms of payment, delivery and execution of the contract.
The Seller undertakes to honor the Customer's order within the limits of available Product stocks only. Failing this, the Seller informs the Customer.
This contractual information is presented in detail and in French. In accordance with French law, they are subject to a summary and confirmation when the order is validated.
The parties agree that the illustrations or photos of the products offered for sale have no contractual value. The validity period of the product offer as well as their prices is specified on the Company's website.
The Customer acknowledges having verified that the computer configuration it uses is secure and in working order.
Article 3: Price
The prices of Products sold through the Site www.equinatura.com are indicated in euros, all taxes included, and precisely determined on the Product description pages, and excluding specific shipping costs. An invoice, mentioning VAT, is attached to each shipment.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time in the future. Delivery costs are your responsibility, the amount is clearly indicated before the final validation of your order.
Article 4: Conclusion of the contract online
To place an order on the website www.equinatura.com , you must at least go through the following steps:
- Consultation of the sheet presenting a photograph (a Product), choice of weight and packaging.
- Entering your customer information (identity, address, delivery address, etc.);
- Acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale;
- Verification of the elements of the order and, where applicable, correction of errors;
- Follow-up of payment instructions, and payment for Products.
You will then receive an acknowledgment of receipt confirming the order, as well as an email confirmation of payment for the order.
For the purposes of successful completion of the order, and in accordance with article 1316-1 of the Civil Code, you undertake to provide truthful identification elements.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order, for example for any abnormal request, made in bad faith or for any illegitimate reason.
Article 5: Delivery terms
The products are delivered to the delivery address which was indicated when ordering.
Delivery is made via the Post Office using “Colissimo tracking” within the indicative times specified on the Post Office website www.laposte.fr , and within the limits of available stocks.
When the Customer orders several products at the same time, they may have different delivery times, the customer will be notified.
The buyer is informed of the restocking time if the product is not immediately available and can cancel his order if the time does not suit him. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. are shipped either the same day, or no later than the next day, if the days are business days, and no later than the next business day if the order is placed on a public holiday. For any order requiring special transport, the buyer will be contacted individually by telephone or email to inform them of the specific terms, prices and deadlines for such delivery. Confirmation by email will be requested for acceptance of payment of costs as well as delivery terms.
In the event of late delivery by the seller, the Customer has the option of resolving the contract under the conditions and terms defined in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. The Seller will then reimburse you for the Product and the delivery costs, under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
The Seller provides a telephone contact point (cost of local communication from a landline) and an email address where you can contact the Seller to track your order.
As a reminder, when you take physical possession of the Products, the risk of loss or damage to the Products is transferred to you. It is your responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations regarding the delivered Product.
No deliveries will be made to a Post Office Box.
Article 6: Availability and presentation
Orders will be processed within the limits of our available stocks or subject to stocks available from our suppliers. If an item is unavailable for a period of more than 30 working days, you will be immediately informed of expected delivery times and the order for this item may be canceled upon simple request. The Customer can then request a credit for the amount of the item or its reimbursement.
Article 7: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. You can pay by credit card or bank check. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards (such as Mastercard or Visa).
Online payment by credit card is secure. Your banking data is encrypted. They do not circulate unencrypted on the Internet and cannot be intercepted.
Once the payment is initiated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately concluded after verification of the information. In accordance with article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by card is irrevocable. By providing your banking information during the sale, you authorize the Seller to debit your card for the amount relating to the price indicated. You confirm that you are the legal holder of the card to be debited and that you are legally entitled to use it. In the event of an error, or inability to debit the card, the sale is immediately automatically canceled and the order cancelled.
Article 8: Withdrawal period
In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal to return a product that does not suit you.
Following an order on the Site www.equinatura.com , you have 15 calendar days to make a return request. To do this, please send an email to contact@equinatura.com , after which the Seller will contact you to inform you of the return conditions as well as the address of the return location.
Products returned without their original packaging, or incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be taken back.
After receipt of the returned product, the Seller will reimburse you by check within 15 days for the price of the product and the delivery costs, excluding return costs (which remain the responsibility of the buyer)
Article 9: Guarantees
In accordance with legal provisions regarding conformity and hidden defects, the Seller refunds or exchanges Products that are defective or do not correspond to the order. Please report the defective or non-compliant nature of a Product by email to: contact@equinatura.com , following which the Seller will agree with you on an exchange or refund. The Seller will also reimburse you for the costs of returning the defective or non-compliant Product.
Article 10: Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a Product, you can send a complaint by email to contact@equinatura.com .
Article 11: Intellectual property rights
The brands, products, images, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of the seller. No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through these General Terms and Conditions. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
Article 12: Reservation of ownership clause
The products remain the property of the Company until full payment of the price.
Ownership of the goods remains with the seller until the customer has paid the full sale price.
Article 13: Force majeure
The execution of the seller's obligations hereunder is suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure which would prevent execution. The seller will notify the customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.
Classic standard clause
Article 14: nullity and modification of the contract
If one of the stipulations of this contract were canceled, this nullity would not result in the nullity of the other stipulations which will remain in force between the parties. Any contractual modification is only valid after written and signed agreement of the parties.
Article 15: Protection of personal data
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the rights to question, access, modify, oppose and rectify personal data concerning you.
By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you consent to the Seller collecting and using this data for the performance of this contract.

Article 16: Applicable law
