Antibacterial, antifungal, antitussive, respiratory antiseptic, expectorant, powerful tonic.
This essential oil is very effective for respiratory disorders such as bronchitis, coughs, sinusitis, laryngitis, but also for rheumatism, arthritis, sciatica, lumbago and general fatigue.
Ideal for inhalation to decongest the ENT area.
Combine it with other winter essential oils for a wider range of actions.
Manual:
*local application:
always dilute in a vegetable oil, at least 1:3 (Argan or Macadamia), never use pure when applied to the skin; apply to the painful area.
*by inhalation:
a few drops on a tissue (paper) and breathe well;
a few drops in a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe, as deeply as possible; Protect your eyes well.
*internally:
1-2 drops on a small piece of bread or cane sugar, suck slowly for a beneficial effect on the respiratory tract but also on fatigue.
Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor for children under 3 years old.
Do not apply to the skin before sun exposure.
