Citrus reticulata
Antiseptic, antispasmodic, digestive tonic, calming (of the nervous system).
One of the best essential oils for children: they like the smell and it is used very well in the diffuser for hyperactive children.
It is the calming essential oil of the nervous (sympathetic) system par excellence, for problems of stress, nervousness, insomnia, depression and also for problems of colic, intestinal spasm, dyspepsia, indigestion etc.
Manual:
*local application:
dilute in a vegetable oil, 1:1 (argan or macadamia), apply to the inside of the wrists, along the spine or to the solar plexus;
*internally:
2 drops under the tongue or on a small piece of bread or cane sugar, suck slowly, 3 times a day;
*by broadcast:
pure or in synergy with other essential oils;

in a bath: 10 drops.
Be careful, mandarin is photosensitizing: do not expose yourself to the sun after local application; keep the product in a cool, dark place.
Do not use for pregnant and breastfeeding women, nor for children under 3 years old.
