Manual
*local application:
always dilute in a vegetable oil, at least 1:3 (Argan or Macadamia), massage gently on the stomach and abdomen.
*oral route:
against bacterial conditions: 2 drops per day of organic cinnamon twigs essential oil to be diluted with 10 drops of organic vegetable oil, to be taken with a little honey, on a small piece of bread or cane sugar, suck slowly ;
*by broadcast:
mixed with other essential oils;

Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor for children under 3 years old.
Do not apply to the skin before sun exposure.
