Antibacterial, anti-infectious, antiparasitic, antiviral, antiseptic, fungicidal, digestive, tonic.
Thyme with thymol is an excellent pulmonary antiseptic and an ideal general stimulant, before winter to avoid bronchitis, tonsillitis, coughs, colds, but also the flu.
This essential oil relieves rheumatism, arthritis, gout and supports the digestive system.

*local application:
always dilute in a vegetable oil, Thyme Thymol being very powerful, never use pure when applied to the skin, nor in a bath.
To apply on the thorax, back or along the spine.
*inhalations:
in case of lung infections: a few drops in a bowl of warm water, cover the head with a towel and breathe gently.
Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor for children under 3 years old.
Do not apply to the skin before sun exposure.
