*local application:
Lemongrass can irritate sensitive skin: carry out a tolerance test in the crook of the elbow before more general use;
dilute in a vegetable oil with the essential oils of Lavender and Marjoram to act on the nervous system;
*by inhalation:
to fight sinusitis: a few drops of Lemongrass, Pine, Lavender and Eucalyptus in a bowl of very hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe gently; protect your eyes well;
*internally:
1-2 drops on a small piece of bread or cane sugar, suck slowly for a beneficial effect on digestive disorders.
Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor for children under 3 years old.
Do not apply to the skin before sun exposure.
