It is very effective in cases of anxiety, stress, insomnia, (nervous) depression, fatigue, etc.
Chamomile is also widely used for digestive and gastric disorders and liver failure.
Manual:
*local application:
a few drops, 2 to 3 times a day on the area to be treated;
*internally:
1 to 2 drops on a small piece of bread or cane sugar, suck slowly, 2 to 3 times a day.
Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor for children under 3 years old.
Do not apply to the skin before sun exposure.
